First of all, you must fill a commission request form when placing an order! Forms are very important for organization and work accuracy, without one I won't be able to accept your order nor quote it properly for you. Each commission type have a different form, you can find them on their respective page!

I want to make sure to create something you'll be happy with, so please fill out properly the form of the commission type you are looking for, I can't work if I don't have all needed info to start from. Please don't forget to fill all the info sections on the form. (If you have any doubts on what they are/mean, you can always ask me for help.)

VERY IMPORTANT! I need a clear complete visual reference, I'll not accept refs which are cover by big watermarks, they mess up the colors and it makes it hard to apreciate details. Even the smallest detail can be very helpful.

Depending in the complexity of your order, wait time can vary! Simple, small orders can take around a week or two to finish (sometimes less if things are optim for work). For complex orders usually takes me around a month (in some special cases even two-three) per piece to get work finish so have this in count when ordering!

If you don't like long waiting periods for an order and you're not disposed to wait/be patient, please don't commissioning me. I'm slow at drawing and due to my unestable health I get sick often and usually run out of energy quickly so working progress can get slower than usual at times.

Please be mindful, don't rush me and be patient, art takes time, I assure you that I'll do my best to do a good job. I'm someone who use to put lots of atenttion on details, even if it takes time I'll keep trying until all looks perfect, I use to spend all the time needed on each work to make sure everything goes as best as possible, to make something you'd be happy with. So it may take me some time to finish your commission, but you can be sure that your order will be delivered, all my previous customers throughthout my 6 years of service doing commissions are a proof of this! (Also bless you all sweet beans who have supported me in the past, love you all❤)

My work is not subject to strict delivery dates due to what has already been mentioned about my health, so if you want me to stick to a specific delivery date/deadline, an extra fee will be charged for prioritizing your order over others regardless of the order in which your commission request where accepted or my current health state.

I have the right to reject a commission without explanation.

After I have accepted your order, I will send you a PayPal invoice.

I will start work once the payment is received.

This purchase is a digital good and will not be shipped to an address.

Commissioners have the full right to cancel their order before payment is sent.

I have the full right to cancel an order for whatever reason and without explanation.

There are no refunds offered for finished commissions.

If customer decides to cancel their order when work have been already started, I will keep the monetary equivalent of what have already been done. No matter the reason of cancelation, I don't work for free...

It is the commissioner's responsibility to provide specific details of the character that should not be missed.

Please be clear if you want specific things, if you want something specific and I did it wrong because it was unclear, I will not re do it for free. Depending on the types of changes you want to make these can cost around $5-$30 each time a change is requested.

I have the right to refuse to revise or correct something (this is if I have not made a blaring mistake).

As the artist, I have the full right to the artwork. Which mean I can use it as examples for my commissions/ promote my work. (just the basic)

Commissions are for personal use only. If you would like to use it for comercional ones, please contact me and we may talk about it.

Commissioner may NOT edit, trace, or steal the commissioned artwork for any reason whatsoever.

Commissioner must credit me at all times for any commissioned artwork.
