Violation or disregard of my terms will:

Ordering

  • Forms:

First of all, you must fill a commission request form when placing an order!
Forms are very important for organization and work accuracy, without one I won't be able to accept your order nor quote it properly for you. Each commission type have a different form, you can find them on their respective page!I want to make sure to create something you'll be happy with, so please fill out properly the form of the commission type you are looking for, I can't work if I don't have all needed info to start from. Please don't forget to fill all the info sections on the form. Never leave blank spaces unless you specify you're giving artistic freedom for such sections. (If you have any doubts on what they are/mean, you can always ask me for help.)
※If you want something specific in your commission, please be sure to add it to the form! Important to know for future Corrections and Revisions.

  • References:

VERY IMPORTANT! I need clear complete visual references, I'll not accept refs which are cover by big watermarks/heavy watermarked, they mess up the colors and it makes it hard to apreciate details. Even the smallest detail can be very helpful.

  • Time:

Depending in the complexity of your order, wait time can vary! Simple, small orders (like chibi) can take around a week or two to finish (sometimes less if things are optim for work). For standard, medium orders (like half and full bodies in flat or cell shading) can take around a month to two to finish. For complex orders (like full shaded full bodies, full bodies + standard/complex background) usually takes me around two months (in some special cases even three-four) per piece to get work finish so have this in count when ordering!
If you don't like long waiting periods for an order and you're not disposed to wait/be patient, please don't commissioning me. I'm slow at drawing and due to my unestable health I get sick often and usually run out of energy quickly so working progress can get slower than usual at times.
Please be mindful, don't rush me and be patient, art takes time, I assure you that I'll do my best to do a good job. I'm someone who use to put lots of atenttion on details, even if it takes time I'll keep trying until all looks perfect, I use to spend all the time needed on each work to make sure everything goes as best as possible, to make something you'd be happy with. So it may take me some time to finish your commission, but you can be sure that your order will be delivered, all my previous customers throughthout my 7 years of service doing commissions are a proof of this! (Also bless you all sweet beans who have supported me in the past, love you all❤)

  • Priority service fee:

My work is not subject to strict delivery dates due to what has already been mentioned about my health, so if you want me to stick to a specific delivery date/deadline, an extra fee will be charged for prioritizing your order over others regardless of the order in which your commission request where accepted or my current health state.

  • I have the right to reject a commission without explanation.

※Very important!Please be mindful that if I don't know you and we are not friends/mutuals already, I won't feel comfortable receiving off-topic messages from you as customer. I'm a very shy person and I try to keep talk short and precise.Please don't sent me unsolicited images or off-topic messages unrelated to your order, don't ask me personal questions like "What I'm doing today? How I'm doing?", as this may be percived as a way to avoid respecting other's orders turns/passive rushing/monitoring personal life. I won't feel comfortable working with you and will possibly ban you from commissioning me again if this behavior happen more than once.

Payment

  • I accept PayPal.

  • USD only!

  • Send payment only after I have accepted your commission.

  • After I have accepted your order, I will send you a PayPal invoice.

  • I will start work once the payment is received.

  • This purchase is a digital good and will not be shipped to an address.

Cancellations and refunds

  • Commissioners have the full right to cancel their order before payment is sent.

  • I have the full right to cancel an order for whatever reason and without explanation.

  • There are no refunds offered for finished commissions.

  • If customer decides to cancel their order when work have been already started, I will keep the monetary equivalent of what have already been done. No matter the reason of cancelation, I don't work for free...

  • I have the full right to refund you for whatever reason and without explanation.

Corrections and Revisions

  • It is the commissioner's responsibility to provide specific details of the character or for the art that should not be missed.

  • Remember I use forms for a reason, and that's to agilice work time, work accuracy and precision. Please be always clear in your form if you want specific things, if you want something specific and I did it wrong because it was unclear, I will not re do it for free after the second change during the sketch stage (If appicable. Usually sketches get accepted at max the second revision, but due some individuals that starting asking for things that were never specified in their forms which turned in unnecessary long period working on just changes, I have to be now more strict and clear). Depending on the types of changes you want to make these can cost around $5-$30 each time a change is requested.

  • After work has been finished, I have the right to refuse to revise or correct something (this is if I have not made a blaring mistake).

Copyrights and Permissions

  • As the artist, I have the full right to the artwork. Which mean I can use it as examples for my commissions/promote my work/use for my portafolio.

  • Commissions are for personal use only. If you would like to use it for comercional ones, which has extra fees for these rights, please contact me and we may talk about it.

  • Commissioner may NOT edit, trace, or steal the commissioned artwork for any reason whatsoever.

  • Commissioner must credit me at all times for any commissioned artwork.

Please always be nice and respectful. Otherwise I'll have to ban you because of inappropriate behavior.
